Shipping & Returns

Due to the risk of spread and exposure to Covid-19 we are not currently accepting any returns regardless of the reason for the return. If you are experiencing shipping issues please contact USPS.

Shipping Policy

Purchases will be shipped via USPS from our Tennessee office. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-4 business days.

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order as determined by the USPS Postal Service.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days to process and pack your order.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Thursday, excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery times shown below are based upon normal business volume. Delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

  • ​In the instance that you cannot locate your order after receiving a tracking e-mail please reach out to our Customer Care team and we will contact the USPS Postal Team and contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

  • If loss, damage or missing contents occur to any parcel after delivery by the Postal Service, indemnity will not be paid.  

  • Raqeeb Natural Beauty Store pays ALL import duties levied by US Customs. If you are charged duty or additional fees on your order, please contact Customer Care immediately at 1.215.370.8273.

 

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Raqeeb Natural Beauty does not back order. All products are made to order.

Order Cancellation and Changes
​

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Care team and reference your order number.

Order Tracking
​

When your order is shipped from our site, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to Covid-19 we are currently not accepting any returns. We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happy with your purchase of our vegan skincare products. However, if you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange an online order, please Contact Us to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.

Returned items need to be 98% intact, returned in their original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. All items purchased online are made by the Raqeeb Natural Beauty team, if there is an issue with your product please reach out to us by contacting our Customer Care team.
